Disabled Access at Aylesbury Waterside Theatre

Audio Described, British Sign Language Interpreted, Captioned, and Relaxed performances are offered on selected shows. The theatre has an infra-red hearing system in the main auditorium. A limited number of headsets are available from the hatch under the main staircase. Assistance dogs are welcome in the theatre, please inform the Box Office at time of booking. Dogs can sit with you if you book an end of row or theatre staff will be happy to look after them for the duration of the performance. The theatre has a stair-free ground floor level from the entrance through to the Box Office, Stalls Bar, and the Stalls Row R, with a lift to the Circle 1, Circle 2 and the Norman Bragg Studio levels. There are eight wheelchair positions with companion seats, six in the Stalls and two in Circle 1 (additional wheelchair positions can be added in Circle1 slips for gig shows) and wheelchair positions are available in the Norman Bragg Studio for events / shows taking place there.
