Booked in and asked about lift, was told yes they had one and disabled access. Got to venue (after 3 pre-visit contacts with no warning) and was advised lift out of order. No problem though, we could sit downstairs. Realised quickly that toilet was upstairs, waited for ops director only to be told that I would need to use toilet in other bars in area. Considering we were having a bottomless lunch with unlimited prosecco, I declined this offer and left. Ruined my friends birthday in the process and won't ever return
