Venue Description

Arts and Conference Centre including concert hall, two theatres, two galleries, three cinemas, conservatory, library, restaurants, conference and banqueting areas.

Accessibility

Level access throughout with lifts to all levels. Fourteen accessible toilets across the site and one Changing Places facility. Accessible parking provided in two of our four car parks. Wheelchair spaces provided in the venues. Hard of hearing facilities provided at ticket desks and within the venues.

14 accessible toilets across the site with both left and right hand transfer. Grab rails provided. Photos are available on the website. Changing Places facility located within the Beech Street Cinemas. The venue is open daily (excluding Christmas Eve and Christmas Day).

Our venue is open. Please pre-book your ticket if you are planning on attending an event or visiting the Conservatory. If you are planning a visit please check our online information. All customers will need to enter the building at Silk Street main entrance or Lakeside Terrace entrance. If you arriving by car, please park in Car Park 5 (includes blue badge bays) and follow the route to the Lakeside Terrace where you will be able to enter the building. Accessible toilets are available for visitors, although our Changing Places facility is not be available at this time. There may be a queue to enter the building and to enter the individual venue. If you have any problems queuing please alert a member of staff. NHS Test & Trace is in operation and anyone entering the building is required to log in unless they have a pre-booked ticket for an event that day. All visitors must wear face masks unless exempt.
