I went here on Disabled Access Day, but I didn't think staff were that knowledgeable and seemed to have been told at the last minute what was happening. I was shown to a display case containing some of the accessible items available, but the staff didn't have a great deal of knowledge on the items displayed. I wouldn't switch banks unless the staff had a greater understanding of my needs. But at least Barclays are trying which is more than I can say for the majority of financial service providers.

Right in the centre of Bristol so easy to get here by bus or taxi.
