Busy bank with level access

Overview
I went here on Disabled Access Day, but I didn't think staff were that knowledgeable and seemed to have been told at the last minute what was happening. I was shown to a display case containing some of the accessible items available, but the staff didn't have a great deal of knowledge on the items displayed. I wouldn't switch banks unless the staff had a greater understanding of my needs. But at least Barclays are trying which is more than I can say for the majority of financial service providers.

Right in the centre of Bristol so easy to get here by bus or taxi.

Level access to the building so not really any major issues.

Could be more knowledgeable, but were as helpful as they could be.
