    Excellent

It's unusual to find a bank where access really does work for everyone. Barclays break the mould with this branch. Easy access for me as a wheelchair user, great features for my visually impaired friend, and a warm welcome.

    Disabled Access In and Around

    Excellent

Getting into the bank was easy with automatic doors and level access. As a powerchair user I found it easy to find and use a cash machine. There were people on hand to offer assistance. At this branch there was loads of information about accessibility as there was a temporary road show. It was great to see bank cards designed for visually impaired people and others. Even the ATM was able to talk and guide visually impaired people through using the machine.

Very helpful staff and knowledgable. Able to provide lots of information about services for disabled people as well as having a positive "can do" approach.
