Good
This is a very recently opened venue and it would be interesting to visit again in a few months time. I'm always looking for a new 'coffee venue' but I won't be returning to Bella Italia for a while.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
The access is completely satisfactory but you can see the rest of the inside of the restaurant and wonder where to park your machine without getting in somebody's way.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
There are disabled parking bays right outside the restaurant.
Accessible Toilets
Average
The inside of the toilet was very clean (a new venue!) and completely satisfactory to my lack of mobility needs (it even had a mirror!). However, the access to the loo was blocked by a pushchair......
Staff
Excellent
The staff were very friendly and willing to help.
Additional Information
The food and service were great. It's the lack of space that puts me off - I left feedback at the relevant website and asked ' is the ice-cream barrow really necessary? It takes up a lot of room.
