Overview

We arrived the day before our visit to the Bournemouth International Centre to find out about parking as our van (WAV) is 2.2m high. The staff were really helpful and polite and told us to park in the service road (which was pre arranged) when we arrived in the morning. They even said we could get our Exhibitor Badge as we were there to support the MND Association for the LGA Conference. There was not an area I tried to go into that I couldn't get to as the wheelchair access was great. I was very impressed when I looked into one of the toilets and saw it had a ceiling hoist to access the toilet.

Transport & Parking

As we parked in the service road as our van (WAV) is 2.2m high we did't need to go into the car-park.

Access

As a power wheelchair user I found the access all where we needed to go was great. Nice wide ramps and big lifts so getting around was very easy.

Toilets

I only used one loo and that was impressive even having a ceiling hoist.

Staff

You couldn't ask for nicer staff, friendly and polite.
