Access road to health centre import repair and pavement in similar state. Partially obstructed in one place by bins. The health centre comprises a GP practice and a clinic. The GP practice had automatic doors, and reception had a lowered surface for wheelchair users. No disabled toilet in the GP practice but here is one next door at the health centre. I asked for advice on finding a changing places toilet nearby and the receptionist was unable to help. The clinic next door has a long ramp at good include and two press buttons to enter.

I travelled to this place by personal vehicle
There was only one disabled space in the whole car park, without crosshatching all the way round, and it was occupied by someone without a blue badge. The bus drops you at the end of the road (>50m) and the pavement between the main road and clinic is cluttered with bins.

This toilet was the one redeeming feature of this clinic. One disabled toilet with high contrast seat and grab rails; space to the right of the toilet kept clear; roll under sink and mirror at correct height for wheelchair user. No sanitary disposal bin present, however, I did appreciate that the space next to the toilet kept clear for transfers and not filled with an extra bin. Red cord was present but tied up so I untied it and put in a red cord card. Toilet door had a lever lock and a grab rail on the inside to open, however it was very heavy. The lighting was automatic
