Good
Lovely little local library inside the school. Good children's section. Helpful reception staff and a large variety of local resources, groups and amenities. The library has two good disabled toilets. There was plenty of disabled parking with cross hatches in the school car park <10m from the entrance. My only complaint was that none of the doors are automatic and are heavy so very difficult to open

Both the outer door and the inner door were non-automatic and very heavy. The outer door is on a slope as well. I was unable to enter the building on my own, and there's no way to alert staff to your presence outside, so I resorted to phoning the front desk and one of the librarians was able to let me in. She also have to do this for me on the way out. An automatic door or push button door would solve that problem!!! Once inside, the Library was very accessible for me and all level access.

Average
Two disabled toilets, bot a good size, with plenty of room for doing doughnuts. Regulation grab rails either side of the toilet and sink, though the fold down one is a bit wobbly. Red cord hanging all the way to the ground with a Euan's Guide red cord card in place. Left of one of the toilets unfortunately had bins in it, blocking the transfer space. No roll under sink in either toilet, but a small shelf along one wall that could be used for stoma supplies. The doors had two forms of locking (lever and twist) and a lever handle making them very easy to use.

Very helpful staff who recognise the difficulty of the heavy doors and are keen to get a push button door.
