Overview

I was pleasantly impressed with the service received at B+Q. The aisles are large there is plenty of room to drive my powered wheelchair around. Even the lighting section which is a bit more cramped still had space. I was really impressed with the service and a member of B+Q staff even offered to support my entire shop. I declined this offer as I only needed on product. but it was nice to be asked.

A good number of accessible spaces near the front of the store.

Access

The signage appeared clear and it was easy to find product.Being a DIY store I expected things to be difficult to negotiate and it wasn't. I saw an induction loop in operation.

Staff

I was very impressed with the staff in this store. The member of staff that I chatted with understood I needed some more time to process and offered to support me during the shop. I didn't need this support but it was nice to know they could help.
