Overall Rating
Good
I went here for a buffet lunch with a group of friends. Hotel is accessible & the food was very good.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Once inside the hotel although it was all on one level we had to go through quite a few corridors to get to the main restaurant area. I believe there is a smaller restaurant which has a couple of steps down to it but I didn’t see this.
Parking & Transport
Good
Accessible parking is a the side of the hotel near the ramp. The lady who took me there had to go to the reception though so that someone opened the door to let us in. This wasn’t obvious from the front of the hotel, it was only because I thought that was where the disabled access wasn’t, it wasn’t signposted in any way.
Accessible Toilets
Good
The toilet was easy to find. The toilet was large with enough room for my wheelchair to manoeuvre easily. There was also plenty of room for a carer if needed. There was ample grab rails but no emergency cord. Toilet was clean & tidy.
Staff
Good
The staff were very friendly, helpful, & keen to hear if there were things they could do to make things better.
