As there is only one platform, navigation is as straightforward as it could possibly be. From the car park, there is a short incline with a helpful handrail on the left-hand side as you ascend. There is a rain shelter with seats immediately on the right - seats can also be found on the platform , an assistance intercom and a passenger assistance waiting area. Information is provided on overhead dot-matrix signage and a hearing loop is active on the platform. Tactile paving is installed at the platform edges and audible announcements for train departure and arrival are in use.

Accessible facilities: Single-level venue, Step-free entrance, Seating at regular intervals

I travelled to this place by personal vehicle

Parking is in short supply at this location, with only one accessible parking space. The space has hatched markings on either side, although the paint has faded. As the space is between two pillars supporting a nearby bridge, you effectively have the whole area to yourself. Exiting can be a little tight, and WAV users should park nose first in order to drop their ramp. A bus stop is conveniently located just outside the station.

Accessible facilities: Public or on street parking, Dedicated on-site parking

    Accessible Toilets

There are no toilets at this venue.

    Staff

    This venue is not staffed.

    Additional Information

There is a walkway across the nearby dual-carriage way. There are long steps, rather than a ramps on either side, so this may pose a challenge for some.
