Accessible cabaret bar in Central London
Crazy Coqs is a live entertainment space within the Brasserie Zedel building. The entrance to the building, on Sherwood Street (just off Piccadilly Circus), is step-free and has a person stationed at the entrance to open / close the door, welcome visitors and direct them where to go. Two lifts are available to take visitors to the lower floor, where Brasserie Zedel, Crazy Coqs and Bar Americain are located. Leaving the lift, you first enter a spacious circular lobby with a cloakroom, ticket desk, doors to the brasserie and bar, and a flight of steps up to Crazy Coqs. I had emailed ahead so the staff were ready with a ramp for these stairs but you can just ask any member of staff and they will arrange this. Crazy Coqs is a relatively small space so many tables are close together. However, if you need more space, just let the staff know and they will seat you at a more suitable table - I would strongly recommend contacting them in advance for this to be sure. I was given early entry so I didn't have to navigate around other people which was definitely appreciated. Every member of staff I encountered was polite and extremely helpful throughout the evening.
I didn't use the toilet there (I am blessed with a bladder of steel) but I was assured they do have accessible facilities and reviews on this site for 'Brasserie Zedel' talk highly of them.
