Overview
My husband and I had been to the centre many years ago and knew there were no accessible walks around the centre. It's a shame as it's in a beautiful place. There is only disabled parking for two cars but it's very close to the visitor centre and toilets. I can walk short distances and assumed the cafe would be on the same level as the visitor centre and toilets. It isn't.

Toilets
The toilet is easy to find, has a grab rail, is big enough for a carer and was immaculate. I've marked it down because there was no emergency cord or other means of calling for help.

The cafe is expensive. A toastie and a coffee cost £9.99. My husband had a pastie which had been kept hot for so long it was inedible. It can be reached by a tarred path. Because I had walked from the car I had to go down steps, then I had to go up the steps again to get to the toilet. There is a ramp to the gift shop but as I wasn't using my wheelchair I can't say how much space was between displays. The cafe had level access. Nice outdoor seating and a wheelchair or small mobility scooter could move around inside.
