Thick gravel on car park makes access to the rest of the site a nightmare visitor centre is level access if you can get there

Very knowledgable and kind but not much they can do about the lack of access

Additional Information

Very disappointed as I was looking forward to visiting the Christmas market and Gardens but couldn’t get past the car park
