Overview
Quite honestly and without hyperbole, this was the best ice cream I've ever had... soft, creamy and just absolutely delicious. It knocks more famous Scottish-Italian family brands into a cocked hat. I had the most delicious Raspberry Ripple ice cream I've ever had in my life and tasted my companions' various flavours too, of which there are many, including some more unusual ones. We were lucky enough to be in Brora on a day with beautiful weather, so we were able to sit outside in the wee square with the Victoria Jubilee fountain
Transport & Parking
There is a public car park just across the road behind the Co-op. There are two disabled spaces but they were being obviously abused both on our arrival and departure (eg, when we left, one car was taking up both spaces and we watched someone run to the shop while the driver waited). I think the car park is generally free, but it definitely is for Blue Badge holders.
Access
There is a substantial step but they have a portable ramp which they were more than happy to put out for me.

Staff
What really made this place for me were the staff. I'm sorry I never learnt your names, but you went unreservedly above and beyond. I'd have happily stayed outside while my other half relayed the flavours, but the guy insisted that I needed to come in to actually see the full range and the girl set up the wheelchair ramp for me. Considering they knew that we just wanted some cones, this was the best customer service I've received since I've been disabled. I know plenty of other shops, cafés and restaurants who could learn from their kindness. Thank you both.
