We have been visiting Pedal Power as a family now for many years, we are members (it makes hire cheaper) and always leave (reluctantly) with smiles on our faces. They have bikes for all abilities and staff are lovely and helpful. My daughter likes the Ice trikes best but we’ve tried them all, we’ve hired for a birthday that included aunts, uncles and grandparents who used the side by sides cycled around Bute park and then back to the cafe of course! Everyone really enjoyed themselves. They also run activities regularly so check if your thinking of visiting, also check opening hours as they do change with the seasons. None of us are professional cyclists, you don’t need to be to just enjoy the freedom and fun of the wind in your hair !

Situated in the council run camping site next to Bute park, there is pay parking nearby at Sophia Gardens and a small car park on site. Buses run nearby on Cathedral road.
