I am a disabled person. I have experience of challenges around: a hidden impairment and moving around.

We went there to select a new walker. I knew it would be easy to access, but this was helped by there being parking right outside. The threshold was easy to cross, and I was warmly greeted by a staff member who devoted an hour to letting me try out all the walkers and rollators until I narrowed it down to two. She gave advice when asked but was never pushy. I was allowed to try both walkers outside, where it quickly transpired which one was best for me. I didn't realise there would be a drinking water dispenser, which I deeply appreciated as it was a very hot day. Once I had selected my new walker, we paid, and waited 5 working days for the delivery. I even had a choice of colour. I chose an Evo Suspension, which is brilliant for outdoors. There is a wide range of equipment there and it's a great place to go and try them out.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Step free from car park into the shop, which was all on one level. There was seating near the tills. No lift needed. I didn't notice hearing loop or large print etc, because I don't need those.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
We drove and parked right outside. The shop is on a retail park. There were no other customers, so it felt very safe in terms of Covid. This was mid afternoon on a weekday.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
Clean accessible toilet located close to the entrance opposite the tills. Spacious with all the usual grab rails and alarm. It wasn't a changing spaces one.
Staff
Excellent
Natasha was brilliant, so patient with me, and I really felt I was getting personal attention and kindness. The walker I chose is perfect for me.
