Overview

It was a modern accessible store with very helpful staff on site. I needed a new pay as you go handset and the staff advised me well, understanding my lack of understanding in world of mobile telephones. I didn't feel pressured and had plenty of time given to make my decisions. I was with a carer but the staff spoke to me all the time and not the person with me.

The store is in Exmouth high street and council parking was used.

Access

The store was well laid out with displays around the outside walls. There was a lot of space to move my chair and I did notice an induction loop sign on the window.

The staff were very helpful. They answered all my questions and gave useful advice.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

I was very pleased with the phone that I had bought and would recommend the shop to others. Unfortunately, they were not able to take back my old phone. I think it would be useful to have a recycling facility.
