Overview

Casa Milagro villa is located in the town of Mojácar and is a short walk away from the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. The villa is made up of 4 floors and includes; 6 Double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large private pool with outdoor lounging areas and a family games room. The villa is fitted with air conditioning throughout, WiFi access and English TV. Starting from the basement of the villa there are two double bedrooms and games room which includes a ping pong table. The ground floor of which the property is entered, includes; a spacious open plan kitchen/diner and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance you could need including, oven/hob, fridge/freezer and even a dishwasher. The lounge has 3 large sofas’ and a large TV which includes a sky TV and a DVD player. There is also a large en suite bedroom located on the ground floor which is perfect for visitors with decreased Motability as everything they need is on one floor. The first floor includes 2 double rooms and one large en suite bedroom, there is also a bathroom and terrace area on this floor. lastly the second floor is the roof of the property which included a large seating are.

Transport & Parking

There was no marked disabled parking as the property only had roadside parking outside of the villa.

Access

To enter the grounds of the villa there is no Disabled access as there is only a set of steps. Therefore, wheelchair uses would have a great deal of difficulty entering the property. once you have got passed the steps the ground floor is open plan so our grandmother stayed on the that floor as she has a decreased mobility. However, in relation to disabled access the company who rent out the property states that the villa does not includes disabled access on their website.

Toilets

Although there a 5 toilets wit in the property none of them include handrails and of the two that are on the ground floor, only one would have enough room from a wheelchair to manoeuvre freely.

Staff

The staff who worked for the rental company were very helpful when we had any problems. When one of the air conditioning units broke they provided fans until the problem could be fixed.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

I would stay here again as the villa is beautiful and very spacious however, I would not recommend this villa for people who use a wheelchair as the is limited wheelchair access.
