Access is from the main road, I did not observe a ramp, no wheelchairs are provided, its not a large hotel, but very clean, friendly and organised.

0There is a lift to all floors. Restaurant on the ground floor.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
Parking is outside front door. The main bus depot is across the main road, with buses going North to Manila and south to Legazpi and Mayon volcano. Taxis, tricycles are available by request at reception. New renewed rail station with trains to Manila as is located near to hotel
Accessible Toilets
Average
No special disabled rooms are available, if required a plastic chair is available to use in shower.
Staff
Excellent
Staff is very good and attentive.
Additional Information
Most of the staff are hearing impaired, so all are familiar with signing language. Near to SM Mall, Naga a large air-con shopping mall. they do provide wheelchairs for PWD (Person With Disability),
