Overall very accessible - but very hilly - there is a disabilities 'ride' you can call the accessible bus to pick you up

Very Good - Profiling bed with a carers bed in the Accessible Accomodation but NO HOIST, there is an Accessible Hot tub on your patio WITH A HOIST, NO HOIST or shower trolley in the Accessible bathroom, NO HOIST in the Accessible swimming tropical pool but there is a height adjustable shower trolley

Excellent you can park outside your Lodge
Accessible Toilets
Good
there is no Changing Places toilets with bench and hoist and there is no shower trolley or hoist in the Accessible Lodge either
Staff
Excellent
Staff are very helpful
Additional Information
For 'stay in wheelchair' user there are NO hoists except in the hot tub in your lodge
