Poorly placed, inaccessible EV charger

I feel like so many of my EV charging reviews are on the negative side, but if the setup is poor, it's poor. Beyond a kerb, set back, on grass and with a rail around the outside, all decisions that make this charger far from ideal for those using mobility devices.
Disabled Access In and Around
Poor
As mentioned, the charging unit is beyond a kerb, set back, on grass and with a rail around the outside. This makes it near impossible to reach if you're using a wheelchair or powerchair. There are metal flaps that need to be raised to access the charging ports, which is an extra physical barrier. The card reader is just above. This machine has two ports and offers 22kW Type 2 charging.

I travelled to this place by personal vehicle
There is a single electric vehicle charging bay with a single accessible parking space to the right. The EV bay has hatched markings on either side but the accessible parking space does note.
Accessible facilities: Electric Vehicle Charging, Dedicated on-site parking, Drop-off or pick up point
Accessible Toilets
There are two accessible toilets in the terminal building, but they aren't great. I've reviewed these separately in my Eriskay Ferry Terminal review.
