Good
There are lots of accessible loos in Berlin but we didn't manage to find a map of them on-line. The main railway stations are a good bet as are museums, art galleries & major shops. There's a list of accessible loos at www.rollimobil-berlin.de/Behindertentoiletten.html and the index page lists the Berlin boroughs, so you need to know which borough you're in and you need a map once you access the list of loos. There are quite a number of CityToiletten - see below.

Accessible Toilets
Excellent
The CityToiletten are on street level. The cost is Euros 0.50 but if you have a Eurokey (the universal key for accessible loos in Germany, Austria & Switzerland) admission is free and you can (once inside) occupy the loo for up to 40 minutes. They are equipped with grab rails and alarm buttons. Flushing is automatic and happens after you leave.

Additional Information
In general German accessible loos are clean and well-equipped with grab rails and alarms. The one at Friedrichstrasse Station in Berlin has had a major make-over since our last visit in autumn 2014.
