Fantastic hotel approx 3 mile from city centre close to Vysocanska metro station. Large spacious rooms. Shopping mall attached to the hotel

Transport & Parking

Unsure about transport tbh. We arrived by coach. It is 3 miles from city centre and there is the Vysocanska metro station very close by.

Access

The hotel is very spacious. Entrance has large automatic sliding doors. There is a lift, which can fit 2-3 wheelchairs in, on the right hand side as you go in to take you to reception as well as escalators directly in front of you. Once through to reception there are 4 lifts that take you to the rooms. The accessible rooms are extremely spacious and the bathrooms in the rooms are a very good size. The only reason I've not given 5stars is because the rooms I seen did not have a ceiling hoist, although that's not to say they didn't have one. I'm unsure of this.

Toilets

Extremely spacious bathrooms with wet room and grab rails.

Staff

Staff were very helpful.
