Cloth Hall Court is located near the train station and has its own car park (permit only). There is no curb drop between the car park and building. The main entrance is up steps. A very small platform lift is available at the rear, but functions poorly and may require someone to close the door properly behind you. The accessible entrance has an intercom, but staff are at least responsive. Inside things are much improved with level floors, wide corrdors, multiple lifts, and a decent-size accessible bathroom on every floor. Staff are, on the whole, friendly and willing to provide assistance.
