We drove from Cardiff. My husband has a new car and hasn't learned yet how to program the satnav. We got lost and the signage is terrible. I would give the cafe and toilets 4/5 as there isn't completely level access at either entrance or exit. There is a ramp and the cafe and toilets are nice. The longest path goes for about 200m before there is a stream with a ford and the only other way to get around it is up three steps, across a small footbridge and down another three steps. Even if you can manage that the path is very stony and fairly steep. We turned back and crossed the bridge to the all-weather path around the 'lake' (more of a pond.) We decided to go somewhere else.

We didn't meet any staff and I didn't use the disabled toilet. I just noted that it was easy to access.
