View from the right of the viewing platform.

Plenty of room to stretch out my leg. Excellent view even when the people in front stood up

View from my seat (block 107) to the stage. Even at level 1 the acoustics were amazing and you could feel the beat through the floor

Great access once you’re inside

The accessibility team were helpful in booking the tickets and answering by queries before our visit. The website also has a clear accessibility statement. Once inside, we found the venue very accessible and easy to navigate. The staff seemed to have been trained well and were understanding of access needs. The only issues were the queues for the bar and merchandise areas. A specific area of each with a lower counter would be helpful.

Great venue

We have visited a couple of times since it opened and found the venue accessible and the staff helpful and friendly. The viewing areas are good, but like all places I just wish there were more wheelchair accessible spaces. The co-op backstage club is good, but a tad expensive at £35ish extra each. You do get a drink included and there is lots of space to get around. Plus you can go in earlier before the other main doors are opened.

The Killers

Arrived by tram with great support from the Bee Network staff. Had great assistance and no queuing. Excellent ambulent disabled seats with plenty of room and a brilliant view.
