Overview

This service station has plenty of Blue Badge parking spaces, automatically opening doors, easily accessible food outlets but, best of all, a fully equipped and accessible toilet facility which has a full sized changing bench and a ceiling hoist. This toilet facility enabled us to stop and use all the other facilities too. My son was able to use the toilet, which is something he cannot do at most service stations. Then he enjoyed hot food which was served quickly and by some very polite and helpful staff. We will be stopping here every time we pass.

Plenty of Blue Badge parking spaces. Easy to park close to the entrance.

Access

We were able to access everything we needed, even the toilet. A lack of fully accessible toilets with a bench and a hoist is usually a huge problem for us, but not here.

Toilets

A properly accessible toilet with all usual facilities as well as a full sized height adjustable changing bench, shower and ceiling hoist! Without these facilities my son cannot use the toilet. These facilities are vital and made such a difference to our day.

Staff

All staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Totally recommend this service station. It has a large soft play area, Clip and Climb centre, plenty of food outlets and shops. There is even a farm shop. I could easily spend several hours here, it is worth stopping at just to look around!
