Overview

This is a convenient coffee shop with great transport links and parking beside Falkirk's central retail park.

Transport & Parking

There are parking spaces directly outside, and also behind the shop in the Central Retail park. There are also bus stops on the street in front, and just across the road is Falkirk Grahamston train station. There is ramped access from the train station and the main street down to the coffee shop. No bother at all.

Access

Access in this shop is good. There are two main entrances, both are level and step-free. They aren't automatic doors however, but they are glass so staff should be able to see you approaching if you do need assistance. Inside there are moveable chairs and enough space to move around comfortably.

Toilets

I didn't use the toilets on this visit, so can't comment.

Staff

Staff were perfectly pleasant despite being very busy. They seemed happy to help.

This is a good place to stop for a coffee before shopping in the Central Retail Park.
