Excellent

Croftwood facilities allowed me as a carer for my disabled husband, to relax and enjoy the holiday myself. He could get about the cottage. Hand rails were strategically placed. The ramped access was great. The decking was level with cottage flooring.

Disabled Access In and Around

Excellent

There was a hard standing and a ramped access allowing a disabled person to make their way easily into the cottage from a parked car. There was also a handrail all the way round

Parking & Transport

Excellent

We went by car and on arrival parked right outside the cottage. There was ample space to turn the car so that my husband could get out on his side onto the ramp using his walker

Accessible Toilets

Excellent

Very spacious wet room with non slip flooring and seat in the shower area. A further wheelchair especially catered for disabled people who were unable to sit on a raised toilet seat.

Staff

Excellent

Andy was very professional and helpful. Consideration was given to the disabled personand those caring for them. Taking the concerns away and allowing them to enjoy their holiday
