The venue is fantastic, right on the sea front. Perfect views and ticks most boxes for disabled access.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Step free entrance with automatic doors. Lift to all floors. Signage is clear and large enough to see.
Parking & Transport
Good
Parking is limited. Venue served by local buses and Tyne and Wear Metro is only a few minutes away.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
Only one accessible toilet which is on the ground floor, but there is a lift. Plenty of space in toilet. Grab rails, low sink and an emergency cord hanging all the way to floor. Very clean and tidy.
Staff
Excellent
Staff were friendly and welcoming. The venue as a whole is lovely with wonderful views.
