Good
Very pleasant café/bar. Not particularly impressed with the food but coffee is good, and staff are friendly. Really nice place to relax with plenty of room for wheelchair in the main area with views over garden, and comfortable seating. There is a delightful sunny terrace (when we have sun) overlooking the street - great for people watching.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
No steps - no kerbs, wide doors so easy to just manoeuvre wheelchair in or sit on terrace. Masses of room inside for wheelchair.
Parking & Transport
Good
Plenty of parking in town and also a car park at rear. 5 minute walk from Letchworth station.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
Has always been clean and very large. Enough room for wheelchair and a career if needed.
Staff
Good
Always friendly and helpful.
