A wheelchair accessible appliance shop in Falkirk Retail Park. Very convenient shop in town with level access and wheelchair accessible customer lift inside.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
There is level access into the shop through automatic doors. The aisles are very spacious and I was able to move around in my powerchair without difficulty. There was also a wheelchair accessible customer lift that I was able to use to reach the upper level. The lift was located next to the stairs. Sometimes these small customer lifts can be a little shaky, but this one was really smooth and felt safe.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
The large retail capark has many disabled bays and I was able to park directly opposite the shop.

Staff
Excellent
The staff were all very friendly and approached us to see if we needed any assistance.
