The level access to the store is not very obvious, being a few metres to the left of the main entrance. The store is on several levels and whilst a lift is available it’s very easy to get stuck down a dead end if you’re in a wheelchair. The disabled loo is hidden away at the rear of the ground floor. It’s not signposted and we had to ask a couple of staff before we found it. It’s a combination disabled and family toilet with sinks and pedestals at two heights. It’s very spacious for manoeuvring a wheelchair BUT THERE ARE NO GRAB RAILS.
