couldn't find lift stairs up to meeting rooms only clean tidy and friendly staff Bus stop just the building, close to railway station, good parking Building in the process of being improved scaffolding outside makes it more difficult to find the entrance

Disabled Access In and Around

Average

easy access but the disabled entrance only opened on request this may change after the building work has been complete

Parking & Transport

Good

good rail and bus links. train station five minutes away and bus stop right outside the building. Clear parking bays with disabled parking

Accessible Toilets

Average

clean , large enough for wheelchairs. Locking for toilets not a D handle and a bit fiddly to lock/unlock.

Staff

Average

staff really busy so didn't engage with them

its an old building but there are improvements being made a further review after building works have been completed would be useful
