    Date of visit: October 2026

I am a disabled person. I have experience of challenges around: accessing toilets and moving around.

The main entrance to the lounge. It had a purple façade on the outside with large gold letters above the windows and doors with the name of the lounge. On the left is a large window and on the right is a doorway with windows on either side. There are some wrought iron tables and chairs on the left outside the buildingA view of all the tables and chairs inside. There are lots of tables with mix and match chairs around them. There is soft, warm lighting overhead. At the back is a bar that extends across the back of the room

This was a large restaurant in the centre of Warrington. We had been looking for a spot to have breakfast that was dog friendly and this was the perfect place. There was a lovely vibe inside. There was a mixture of tables and chairs, mainly standard height with moveable chairs but also some cosier armchairs with lower tables. There were games available to play while you were there and even a book swap. They had a great food selection and the hash browns I had were genuinely the most incredible things I’ve ever eaten.

The entrance was level with the street and a member of staff came to help open the door for us. There was no lip at the entrance and the flooring inside was wooden and easy to roll across. There were lots of places to sit and it wasn’t too busy when we went either. There were plenty of options with moveable chairs with a standard height table. But there were also some comfier seats with lower tables too. There was also outdoor seating but it was fairly cold and wet when we visited! Staff greeted us at the door to seat us and gave us physical menus to look at. You could order at the bar or via a QR code on your own device, which is what we did. The food was brought to the table and it came quickly for us.

Accessible facilities: Step-free entrance, Seating at regular intervals, Step-free access to most areas

I travelled to this place by walk or wheel

There were some public car parks not too far from the restaurant including Golden Square multi-storey car park and underground car park.

Accessible facilities: Public or on street parking

    Accessible Toilets

There were toilets upstairs but there was also an accessible toilet on the ground floor which needed a RADAR key to open. I didn’t use it and see inside on my visit but it was easy to spot and good to see it was there.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. I was asked where I would feel most comfortable sitting which was lovely and service was really quick.
