Carpark with designated Blue Badge spaces is situated next to the venue.

Access

Access to the building is via a long ramp. Once inside the ground floor is wheelchair friendly with slopes where necessary.

Toilets

Large accessible loo which is well maintained. There are grab rails and a call button with a cord. There is plenty of room to maneuver a wheelchair and for a carer to be present if necessary. The room doubles as a baby changing area.

Staff

The staff were friendly and helpful, offering a blanket, on colder days for those who want one on colder days.

If booking a ticket to see an event you need to ring the booking office to reserve a wheelchair place. The wheelchair place is made available by removing one of the cinema-type seats which leaves a place that may be tight for larger chairs or scooters. Companions receive a discounted ticket.
