Excellent
All staff are very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on ground floor with level access with good food. Disabled toilets have handrails, help calls and are spacious. Cinema has level access and seating can be removed to be at a higher level Theatre has level access which seats you 5 rows back from stage

Lift up to the second floor, audio descriptive headphones, touch tours available for some events.
Parking & Transport
Good
Disabled bays are located at the side and back of theatre with level access
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
3 Disabled toilets all with grab rails, call cords, large rooms for a carer, one of these is on second floor
Staff
Excellent
All staff very helpful and attentive, assisting with meals carrying tea and food for me . They offered me help at all times.
Additional Information
Use theatre very often and will continue to do this as always a positive experience
