Overview
I have frequently used Emirates to fly to see my daughter in Dubai but the last flight was awful , I have already complained to them but heard nothing about my complaint I also emailed their CEO about my complaint I asked for a seat near toilets and was given one a dozen rows away I was also put in the cabin furthest away from the exit. I have mobility problems and use a wheelchair. I always specify that I need a seat close to toilet . I did this twice on my last flight back to Newcastle this was ignored caused me a great deal of worry and inconvenience not to mention pain. I feel that the customer service has considerably deteriorated in the decade or so I have been using their services.
