Firstly, it was a cold December night - and guess what? WHeelchair user?stick user? Doesn't matter, you stay outside in that queue with everyone, standing (If using an aid) for up to an hour in the cold waiting to be let in. Secondly, the "accessible" area: There was ONE seat in the "accessible" area where you could actually see the stage and I nabbed it. For a few minutes I actually saw Wheatus playing until the bouncers/security and stage crew congregated and chatted very loudly, (see pics) mocking the acts all the way through. The "accessible" area actually had no room for wheelchairs as it was full of seats and was available to anyone so there was realistically no room for the 8 or so wheelchair users that were there. THe worst part was that it was the direct opposite side of the entrance to where the gig took place. I had to fight my way in my wheelchair through drunken standing people to get to the other end, in order to reach the ramp (full of people standing to get a better view) in order to get the lift back downstairs to the accessible toilet (which I had to ask reception to get access to) It took me ten minutes to finally reach the toilet from the accessible area. The toilet was disgusting as you can see from the picture of the hand dryer which was basically a health hazard. In the end we left the gig early as we could neither see nor hear the band we'd paid to see thanks to the security/unealistic angle of the space and general lack of any thought and outright safety hazard. I have also sold my ticket for another event I had previously booked there as I will never go there again. There is no nearby parking and the place is very scary at night. Please don't ever buy a ticket for this venue if you have any accessible needs

We found a car park but it was way more than 150 metres from the venue. The closer one was a gravel car park that would not work for wheelchair/powerchairs
