Nic2 at Hoots @ Nicholson Square - Venue 63, Edinburgh Fringe 2026 There is level access entering Epworth Halls (the building name for this Fringe venue). Inside we waited in a reception area before being taken to the lift to the venue room by a member of staff. There was an accessible toilet just off from the reception area. We were let in first and guided to the front row of the venue. Good view next to the stage.

Staff were on hand to let us know what we should expect. One member guided us to lift to the Main Hall venue room.

I travelled to this place by walk or wheel
I wheeled up with my carers from near the bottom of the Royal Mile. There is an incline and some cobblestones to cross but nothing unusual for Old Town Edinburgh.
Accessible Toilets
Good
For the age of the building the toilet appeared a relatively new install. Very clean and spacious - plenty of room for me in my wheelchair and carer to manoeuvre. Grab rails.

Very helpful and kept us informed. Escorted us to the lift and on into the venue room.
