Overview
I went for lunch this week. I live nearby, but had hardly noticed it. It doesn’t look like much but the food is much better and the place is much bigger than you’d imagine. It is obviously much loved. It has been there for years with no passing trade. It is owned by someone from the Crolla family (presumably the Valvona &Crolla people). When we went, on a midweek lunch, it was quite busy. Inexpensive- lunch for 2 was £30 odd quid.

It has it’s own car park round the back (enter off main Glasgow Road)
