Overview
The bike stands were completely in the open and it was raining. In the entrance there was large letter posters. Friendly staff and amazing libraray
Transport & Parking
They had 6 or 7 disabled parking space about 35ft away from the entrance.
Access
There was large print and some things had braille on them. The tv screen didn't have a bsl translate or subtitles on though. There was only high seats or really low sofas to sit at apart from in the library. The computer section was excellent
Toilets
The loo had lots of space easily enough for 1 wheelchair user and a carer. It had enough grabbing rails but wasn't especially clean.
Staff
The staff were amazing and were always willing help.There were never looking down or looking as if they were judging anyone.
