Multiple steps down into the venue. No ramp access. A few of the staff were rude when I explained my access needs and told me that they do not do any access. I had my sunflower lanyard on and showed them my nimbus card and they did not understand when I asked for early access into the venue before the queue as I find queueing hard due to my autism. They eventually let me go in first but put me and my partner at the back of the venue and we did not see the act on stage or hear them. It was really bad. And has put me off sadly from visiting again.

Staff did not understand why I needed early access and even said to me "you are standing right now" when I said I can't wait in long queues.
