Glad it's reopen but too cramped. Could not reach card machine and staff could.not give me it down so had to give staff my card. Turned around (powerchair) and bumped shelf, dvds fell off. Felt really embarrassed. Staff emotionless and unhelpful.

Over the moon that Fopp is still open. But for the Love, look at your diversity training again..
