Excellent
Fully assessable, no fuss made, just made provision for wheelchair without needing to be asked. Excellent customer service minor mistake rectified immediately.

Good
Paved area slopes up to entrance. Very wide doors, flat level floors throughout. Plenty of room in gangways between tables. Mixture of fixed booth type tables and seats and tables and chairs.

2 Disabled spaces directly outside.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
Very large full equipped disabled toilet with fixed and fold down rails, room for wheelchair and to transfer. Wide door.
Staff
Excellent
Staff made no fuss but took us directly to a table and moved chairs to accommodate the wheelchair.
Additional Information
Excellent customer service. Made no fuss of and didn't draw any attention to the wheelchair. Ordered two meals, when they brought them one was the wrong dish. Immediately took both away and waited until correct dish was ready before serving both at the table. Apologised a couple of times. At the end of the meal offered complementary drinks because of mix up with the food. Refused them as I had an appointment elsewhere, then gave us a 20% off the bill and a further opportunity of a £10 voucher if we gave feedback on their website.
