Great venue, poor EV facilities

I regularly visit the Lochbarr Leisure Centre, where you will find these chargers, as my daughter goes to guitar lessons each week. The centre itself is dated but they do well with what they have. The charging facility is pretty poor. The terminals are located on a plinth on an incline with loose gravel, and they are blocked by two bollards, which makes it a disappointing offering at a venue I like.

Disabled Access In and Around

There is little in the way of signage directing you through the car park, but there is a large blue sign highlighting the EV chargers. There are four 150 kW CCS chargers at this site, which means they are considered ultrafast. Or they would be if I could use them. The challenge is that the chargers are on a gravelly incline, elevated on a plinth and blocked by two bollards. The card reader is accessible from a seated height but only with a fair bit of stretching. While cables are provided, there are no support arms which makes them difficult to use without decent upper body strength. In a rural area with limited EV facilities, it is disappointing that the fastest charging options are inaccessible.

If I had one positive comment to make on about this facilitiy it would be that the there is plenty of space between vehicles - but the bays are not marked and there are no defined accessible parking spaces.
