Broken lift and poor qulaity disabled toilets

I visit the Galleries Shopping Centre in Bristol frequently. The disabled toilet are on the first and second floor and are usually in a poor state. Frustratingly one of the two lifts to has been out of action for months, which means extended waits to get to the toilets.
