Good
Community centre and cafe with very reasonable prices. Conference rooms upstairs accessed by a lift. Large canteen style cafe £4 for a very nice lentil soup and roll. There is a Book exchange room and several cafe areas outside the main cafeteria if you want to be somewhere more quiet. Disabled/baby change toilet was useable but a bit small. Unfortunately the doors to get in not automatic and quite heavy. There is a doorbell but it's out of reach for a seated person, so whilst there is ramp to access to the building I couldn't enter without help (which the staff willingly supplied). There is a Hearing loop but staff not trained to use it

Accessible Toilets
Good
Disabled toilet shared with baby change area in a cafe with lots of young children. The door had internal grab rail and lever lock system, and is also not too heavy. Grab rails, elevated height toilet and Roll under sink all present but white and not contrasting. The space to the right of the toilet is mostly clear, however, a children's step up stool was in that space. There are no stoma facilities or bins. The flush was push button There was a hand dryer but no paper towels. The sink and mirror the right height and the red cord was present and correct, hanging all the way to the floor. I added a red cord card.

The staff were very nice and helpful when I couldn't enter or leave independently and opened the doors for me.
